EZBIS Schedule app - Take your schedule with you anywhere!
The EZBIS Schedule app for iOS and Android phones and tablets gives you the ability to see and change your appointment schedule from anywhere! You can add new appointments, (including new patient appointments) reschedule appointments, add or change time blocks and much more. Changes that are made in the app synchronize back to your EZBIS Front Desk rapidly, so your schedule is always up-to-date. The EZBIS Schedule app is available for subscribers to an annual EZBIS Service Agreement or to EZBIS Cloud users.
Once you have set up the app, all it takes to start using it is to enter a 4-digit passcode. (PIN)
The Schedule app offers several different views of your appointments. The Stats View gives you a quick overview of the day, showing the total number of appointments, plus the number of in-office, kept, missed, rescheduled and canceled. It even shows you when your next appointment is scheduled! Just touch one of the items to see the filtered list of appointments. You can switch to a different doctor (or resource) by touching the arrow at the top of the screen.
The Daily View gives you a similar look and feel as the Front Desk Book View. You can see each time slot with the color-coded appointment types and the length and status of each appointment. Just touch an empty slot to add a new appointment. Touch the arrow next to the date to advance to the next day.
The List View shows all the appointments for a day in the appointment time order, just like the Ledger View in the EZBIS Front Desk. Anywhere in the app, touch an appointment to see the details or to change or delete the appointment.
The Monthly View shows the number of appointments for each day. Simply touch a day to see the detailed schedule.
The EZBIS Schedule App is available in the Apple App Store and in the Google Play Store. The app requires an EZBIS Cloud Hosting plan or an annual EZBIS Service Agreement. It works for EZBIS version 13 and higher.
